G-STAR® offers Free Worldwide Shipping on eligible orders shipped through our store. There is no additional shipping charge at checkout for standard worldwide delivery under this service.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 days after they are placed. Processing includes order review, payment confirmation, item preparation, and shipment handoff.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, high-volume sale periods, or promotional events may begin processing on the next available processing day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier movement, customs review, weather, local service conditions, or other events outside normal transit control.

Tracking Information

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact G-STAR® support so we can review the shipment details and help with the next available steps.

• For delayed packages, include your order number and tracking number.
• For lost packages, include the shipping address used at checkout and any carrier updates you received.
• For damaged packages, include photos of the package, product, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Please keep the original packaging and shipping materials until your case has been reviewed.
