30 Days Free Returns

G-STAR® offers 30 Days Free Returns on eligible items. To qualify, your return request must be started within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Returns must be approved through customer service before the item is sent back. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is started within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The item is returned with original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories when applicable.
  • The item is not damaged after delivery by wear, misuse, washing, alteration, or improper care.
  • The item matches the order details connected to your return request.

Item Condition

Please return items in the same condition in which they were received. You may carefully inspect the item, but returned products must remain clean, complete, and suitable for review.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, fragrance, stains, damage, missing parts, removed tags, or other condition issues may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return. Non-returnable items may include:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used.
  • Items missing original tags, labels, packaging, or included accessories.
  • Gift cards, digital items, or downloadable products, if sold.

How to Start a Return

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your order number.
  • The email address used at checkout.
  • The item or items you would like to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Cost

Eligible returns are covered under our 30 Days Free Returns service. Return instructions will be provided by customer service after your return request is reviewed.

If a return is sent without contacting customer service first, the return may not be accepted and may not qualify for free return handling.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, G-STAR® will review the return condition and process any approved refund.

Refunds are processed within 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your account or statement.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order whenever possible.

Exchanges

Exchange options depend on item availability and return eligibility. If an exchange cannot be completed, customer service may guide you through the return process so you can place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Final Sale Items
